November means Thanksgiving, my favorite holiday. I love cooking the turkey with my Grandma’s chestnut stuffing, the homemade cranberry relish and my family around the table!
After working at the Salvation Army getting people signed up for adoption or shopping makes me even more thankful for my life. I had two separate families suffering from the loss of fires and I was going through my mind what I could pull from my house to give them. They said they were ok because everyone got out. I am so thankful.
We work together with a group of women who are strong, talented and smart. I am thankful for each and everyone one of you, for all you do to help women and girls.
I am wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving – a time to be with family and friends.
